From sales-automation pioneers to AI-native GTM
We've been building GTM systems for over a decade — since before "sales automation" was even a category. Today we build AI-native GTM systems that make a single SDR as effective as a whole team used to be.
Our story
- Founded in 2014 as RightHello by Piotr Zaniewicz — one of Europe's first B2B sales-automation companies.
- Scaled to 100+ people, thousands of B2B clients across dozens of countries, backed by leading Polish funds.
- At its peak: ~40 SDRs and 30 researchers with an in-house dev team optimizing every step of the process.
- Meaningful Sales is the next chapter — built by Piotr with his brother Michał and a group of operators and investors.
- AI-native from day one: wiring large language models into the process from the first ChatGPT API.
- Result: SDR effectiveness up roughly 5x; 60–70% of the work done by agents — strategy, research, copywriting, replies.
- Building usegrit.io — our own platform for agentizing outreach and GTM engineering.
